Truck R6 responded to Avondale Borough to remove three container that were swept away in the floods caused by Hurricane Ida. The containers had stuck the Route 41 bridge and became lodged in place. The Route 41 bridge was closed until the containers were removed and the bridge inspected by PennDot. One of the containers was overturned. All three containers were recovered and moved into position that the container rental company could get to them with their transport truck.
